We have a spacious attic with a double bed and chest of drawers available. The room would suit a couple, or solo person.
We are a family with a 6 month old daughter and a 4 year old dog (Yorkshire terrier).
The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower, a large kitchen and dining area and a separate living room plus gardens.
We are looking for someone respectful and would not be expecting any parties. No smoking in the house
5 mins walking distance supermarket, post office and pharmacy ans bus stop with several options to go to the city centre.
