We’re looking for a friendly female flatmate to join our cozy 2BHK flat and share a bedroom in an all-girls home. The flat has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils provided, two comfortable bedrooms, and one clean, shared bathroom for three people. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with a Tesco just a one-minute walk away and a bus stop right outside with excellent connectivity — the Edinburgh city centre is only 15–20 minutes away. Rent is £440 per month including all bills (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, etc.), and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

We’re students and easygoing, clean, and respectful of each other’s space. We usually cook together and split groceries, which makes things simple and homely. We speak Telugu, Hindi, and English, and would prefer an Indian female flatmate (any state welcome), especially someone looking for a calm, comfortable, and long-term stay (minimum 6 months). If you’re tidy, considerate, and looking for a warm, welcoming place, this would be a great fit.
