Hi my name is Chris and myself and my girlfriend Aleksandra are looking for someone to rent our spare room in our beautiful spaceous flat in Edinburgh. It’s a double room with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The flat is spacious with a big living/dining room, a decent bathroom which has a separate bathtub and shower. The kitchen is a good size and has a dishwasher. We also have a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our flat is located in super nice and quiet area in Edinburgh.
5 minutes walkway to the bus stop and buses going to city centre every 10-15 minutes
A bit about us- we are both tattoo artists working in Edinburgh city centre, so quite an artistic flat. We enjoy going out but are not heavy drinkers so don’t throw wild parties or anything like that. We have 3 lovely cats who are all super friendly.
