I am letting out the spare room in my two bedroom flat in Polwarth.

I am a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, and am looking for another graduate or mature student to share my home with.

The room is currently used as an office/craft space (hence the bed being dismantled) but I am in the process of converting it back. The room will include a double bed, a wardrobe (pictured), chest of draws, and desk (white one pictured), as well as wall mounted shelves.

There is a spacious living room (with sofa-bed for guests) and adjoining galley kitchen. The living room and bedroom overlook the canal, perfect for people or wildlife watching. The shared garden is beautiful in spring and a sun-trap in summer.

Bills are not included, but average at about £70 a month for utilities and Wifi.

I am on campus during the day, and like spend my evenings knitting in front of the TV or crafting to some chilled music.
