Beautiful room fully furnished. 4 parking spaces in drive, only 2 housemates have a car. Opposite town centre and Waitrose, few minutes walk from train station. All furnishings included if desired. Bills very cheap - rent is actually only £668.75 including broadband, water is £14 per month and the gas and elec are topped up on an app and costs so far are circa £20 per month each. Doors have own locks and we have a property agent who takes care of any issues. Lovely residential area!
