Wanted quiet person .Large double room in quiet family home. Shared kitchen, bathroom. Lounge we keep as our own private area as we are live in landlords. Bills included, council tax , gas electric and wifi . Nice garden to sit out when the suns out, about a 20 min walk to the University .. If you want a crazy student house this WONT suit you but if you want a quiet family home and prefer your own space this is more suited for you. Only thing we dont have partners staying over night as we have had a bad experience in the past and visitors only one at a time .We all tend to help with the household chores and this room would suit a quiet respectful person who likes their own space, as alot of the time will be spent in your room.
