I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Hox Park, Egham, preferably from January 2027 until 5 September 2027.

The accommodation is a fully furnished private en-suite room in a six-bedroom shared flat. You'll have your own bedroom and attached private bathroom, while sharing a spacious kitchen and communal living area with five other flatmates. The rent is £235 per week, inclusive of all utility bills.

Location & Connectivity:

Hox Park is purpose-built student accommodation in Egham, conveniently located for Royal Holloway, University of London. One of the major advantages is the Royal Holloway university shuttle service, which connects the university campus with Hox Park and Egham railway station. The shuttle to Egham station costs just £1, making commuting and travelling around much more convenient.
