A double room in a well located two-bedroom modern flat, within a 5-10 min walk of both Elephant & Castle and Kennington stations.

The flat is large and in a new building with a big open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room space.

The bedroom itself is generously sized and comes furnished with a double bed, big wardrobe and bedside table. The room also has a large private bathroom with shower bathtub. The current flatmate owns the drawers and desk in the pictures of the bedroom but is happy to leave them if wanted.

We have lived in the apartment for five years and really love it for both the location, size, local amenities. It is right by Elephant Park, which has many cute cafes, restaurants, shops and workout studios. It has great transport links, with two tube stations as well as the thameslink close by and many buses.

I work in the city on a hybrid basis and am generally sociable, but respectful of shared spaces and other peoples privacy and would ideally like to live with someone similar.
