An outgoing and friendly elderly man (John) is seeking a Sharer for his home to give him a mix of 10 hours of help and company each week in exchange for low-cost accommodation in his bungalow house.

This cosy one-story house has a private single-bed bedroom. The shared areas include a lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory, as well as beautiful back and front gardens. Facilities include wifi, a television, a washing machine, and free nearby parking. The property is located on a quiet residential street in the lovely small town of Lhanbryde, a 12-minute drive to the centre of Elgin.

John would value a caring and considerate Sharer. He is mainly looking for companionship and would prefer a male over 30. John has difficulty walking due to arthritis in both knees, so he sometimes uses a walking stick. He loves cooking, shopping, eating out, and takes a special interest in drama and theatre.

The homeowner's ideal Sharer will be friendly, kind and reliable, who has some common interests and would enjoy sharing interesting stories together over a cup of tea or an evening meal. Preferably a non-smoker without pets.
