There is a large double bedroom with plenty of storage for rent in New Eltham from 7th November 2026.

It's a three bedroom house, with living room, kitchen and dinning room to share, space for free parking, including a decent size garden and a conservatory.

You will be sharing with me, I am looking to work from home as I have some limiting health issues. I enjoy live music, films, politics, philosophy, dinner parties, environmentally conscious, travelling, art, exhibitions, talks, to name a few things. I like and need alone time, but also super sociable. I have a small arts and crafts room in the back of the garden to escape to and to smoke. There is no smoking in the house, but you are free to smoke at the back of my garden if you smoke too.

New Eltham is less than a 30min train to London Bridge and a 15min train to Lewisham. New Eltham station is a a 10min walk from my house.

I am looking for a clean, easy going, considerate and sociable person that works or studies full time or a 9-5 Mon-Fri at the office and who is looking for a home. Looking for someone that is politically literate, cares about humans and the world, polite and kind, anti-wars and genocides, anti-racism and pro-Palestine.

LGBTQIA+ friendly home.

The boring stuff - cleaning and cleaning products costs will be shared and not included in the price. Happy to share cost for a weekly or bi-weekly cleaner.
Bills not included in monthly rent comes to £225 per month which includes - Electricity, gas, water, council tax and fast broadband.
I do not watch terrestrial TV so you will need to get your own TV license if needed, but I do have a smart TV to mostly watch DVDs - animated films.
