I am looking to rent my single room for a clean, tidy, respectful and quiet person. I used to do Airbnb and I was a superhost.

Price is £700/month and includes bills and common area cleaning, furniture, bedding.

It is very important to me that the person keeps the common areas tidy, so we all live in a nice place. Also the person cannot be a smoker and needs to be ok with cats (I have 2 friendly ones).

You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me and my other lodger. Living room is *not* shared.

The bedroom comes with a single bed with storage, bedside, clothing rails, mirror, desk and chair, chest of drawers. There is heating, double glazing windows, blinds, and wireless internet. You will have nice views from the landscaped garden from your window.

Towels, bedding / duvet, pillows, hangers are provided if required.

Supermarket, pharmacy, post office are under 5min walk. Restaurants/pubs 12mins walk.

Kidbrooke station is 0.5mi/ 10min walk and Eltham is 0.7mi / 15min walk. Trains go to London Bridge (14min), Waterloo East/ Charing Cross / Cannon St (23min), and Victoria (28min).

Bus stop is 5min walk with buses to North Greenwich/02, Woolwich (15min), and Greenwich village (25min).

Lewisham is 15min away, Canary Wharf and the Excel is 35min away.
