I’m a 45 year old third sector professional looking for a flatmate. I’ve got an affectionate 10 year old vizsla (pictured) who is with me half the time so you will need to like dogs. In addition to Eltham train station (apx 12 mins brisk walk) it is only a 15/20 minute bus ride to Woolwich for the Elizabeth line. Oxleas Wood is a 5 minute walk away and beautiful. The flat also has a small patch of garden out back.
The room is freshly painted and has space for a double bed. There is a built-in wardrobe and dresser included.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and crockery.
There is ample storage space in the bathroom, pantry and loft.
