A lovely double bedroom is available in my flat in SE9, just a 7-minute walk from New Eltham Station (Zone 4). The rent is £750 per month, including all bills.

I’m moving in with my partner for around four nights a week, so I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and trustworthy person to share the flat with on the days I'm at home. And because I’ll be away for roughly half the week, you’ll have the flat largely to yourself during that time, including weekends)

I’m looking for people who are considerate, honest, professional and respectful of my neighbours. I’m very easy-going and enjoy a quiet home, so I’d ideally like someone who is happy with a relaxed, peaceful setup.
