Hello!

I am looking for a friendly, kind and respectful female or male to share my lovely two-bedroom ground floor flat with own garden.

This is my home and so I'm hoping to find someone who will treat it like theirs too, by keeping spaces clean and tidy. Also to be willing to help with the gardening

About the flat:
The flat is set across the ground floor and offers lots of natural light. There are lots of indoor plants and the home has a warm and inviting vibe. The available double room is freshly decorated and comes complete with double bed (and bedding if required), a chest of drawers and wardrobe, plus there is a tv in the bedroom that is connected to Netflix and freeview.

The bedroom backs onto my West facing garden and so is a lovely 'sunset' room. We will share the fully equipped and modern kitchen, as well as the modern bathroom which has a shower over the bath, and also my living room which is equipped with a large dining table as well as sofa, tv etc. You will also have access to my beautiful garden which comes complete with an outdoor patio for al fresco eating, and also a separate secluded sun deck with access to an art studio. The huge garden is mostly laid to lawn and also boasts fruit trees, vegetable planters, a fish pond/water feature, and many beautiful flowers in bloom. All bills are included, including home wifi.

Location and transport:
The flat is located in a quiet, privately owned ‘close' with free on road parking and is about a 15 minute walk from Mottingham station, and about 10 minutes walk from Mottingham village. Grove Park station is also within walking distance, as is Lee station. For car owner/drivers, I am very conveniently located for easy access to the A20 and South Circular.

A bit about me:
I am self-employed as a dog walker/boarder and work from home, but I am in and out a lot with my work. I love my garden, as well as creating meals using my own home-grown vegetables and fruit. Thai style cooking is my favourite. I am active in researching and using alternative and holistic health therapies, including music therapy. I also love dance and live music and dancing, as well as attending festivals and gigs in my camper. I also own two friendly husky dogs that love human company and one cat who I adore!
