I live in a lovely house and am looking to share it part time OR full time but short term with a lovely clean and considerate person. I have a dog so liking dogs is a must.
There is the possibility of your own bathroom. Students from capel manor would find this ideal as would those required to go into the office into town for a few days a week as good connections into the city. Trains go to Liverpool Street and Moorgate. Also a quick and regular bus service gets you on the Piccadilly line at Oakwood.
I have off street parking.
The rent is flexible depending on number of nights and duration. If you smoke it must be outside in the garden only.
