You must be a cat lover, there are 2 friendly but shy, gentle, elderly female cats in the property. Landlady likes to travel so you will be required to feed and fuss the cats when she's away, at which time you will have the house to yourself. There are no other tenants. The cat sitting requirement is reflected in the lower price as this room is worth more than advertised. The open plan kitchen diner with dining table is shared and the sitting room is only available when the landlady is away. Bathroom with toilet, step in shower/ bath is also shared. The garden and sunny patio with sun lounger and al fresco dining is also shared. Very occasionally the landlady's partner stays over. A beautiful place to stay for the right person.
