Hello I have a very quiet ,cozy studio flat with a shared garden. I live next door with my daughters I am looking for a female only tenant. Flat is 10 minutes to Enfield Lock station over ground station. All bill including council tax, electricity, water and internet are included in the price. There is also on street parking available. If you have a bike you can store safely in the garden.
The flat has a private entrance from the side of the house.
