Hi,

I have a double room in Enfield available from 15 February. It is a house with 2 stories and is very close to London overground. Around 30-40 mins to the city center. Close to the shops and parks.

The rent is 850 per month bills included. The deposit is £400. The room is furnished and comes with a chest of drawers/wardrobe, shelf and a bed. New bed will be put in. Furniture can be removed if needed. The bathroom is shared between 2 people only. Beautiful garden with a bbq to relax.

You will be living with me and Lluna we both work. I am looking to live with professionals/students who are tidy, respect night time and generally nice people 🙂
