Double room to rent in Potters Bar in a 2 bedroom house with 2 parking spaces.
I am a live in landlord looking to
share with 1 other female.
The house is well located on a quiet road, a 2 minute walk to furzefield leiure centre, 5 minute walk to a few shops and amenities including tesco express.
It is 15min walk to the station with good links into London and surrounding areas.
The house is fully furnished and equipped and I like to keep the place clean and tidy. There is some space for additional furniture if needed.
I am a teacher, so after work I usually just like to have time to myself to chill and relax. I am pretty easy going, friendly and chatty. I'm open to doing things together and also happy to share with someone who likes their own space amd keeps to themselves.
The house has a garden and is equipped with garden furniture and a shed.
The bathroom has a toilet, bath and a seperate shower. There is also a downstairs toilet.
The spare room I have is a smaller double, shown in the photos. However, if a potential housemate was wanting a larger room I am considering swapping the spare bedroom around with the living room - which is larger and has more space for additional furniture. (The rental price would be more for the larger room).
I also have a friendly pet rabbit who lives in a cage!

Updated photos will be added shortly.
