Hello, I’m letting out this room as it would be vacant for a while. This is a double bed spare room in a two bedroom flat. There is a park very close to the house where you can enjoy nature. I am looking for a female flat mate who is calm, quiet, friendly and very clean to occupy the room. You will have access to the kitchen and a personal toilet. However the bathroom space is shared. No smoking or pets allowed. We are a nice couple and my husband is barely around as he works outside London. You will enjoy your stay.
