I’ve recently moved in to a 2 bed flat earlier this year and am now looking for a house mate to take the spare room.

I’m a 27 year old male professional working full time in the office during the week. I’ll be out most of the day on weekdays until 6pm or later.

I’ve always been very out going but equally value having some downtime and want someone that moves in to feel that they can pretty much do their own thing and feel at home, whether that’s watching some TV in the living room but also just going into their room to chill if they want.
