Ground floor bedroom in large family house close to The Spires Shopping Centre in High Barnet. Bus links within a few minutes walk and tube station approximately 10-15 mins walk.

The room itself measures 3.65m x 2.85m and is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard with shelves and desk. Modern and spacious shared facilities including eat in kitchen and separate living room. Share shower room with one female. High Speed broadband and bills included. Can provide meals at an extra charge if required. Happy to consider Mon-Friday only for a reduced rent.

Current occupants are working mum with 1 adult son (in his 20’s), 2 daughters who are mainly away at uni, 1 professional and three cats. Despite so many occupants, this is a large house and there is plenty of space. Overall a generally a quiet and harmonious home.
