It's a beautiful house, full of warmth and life, quite literally soooo warm!

Two huge lovely gardens. Your room would face over the back garden, it's nice and quiet around here too. You can't really hear any roads or anything.
A nice neighborhood with really sweet and kind neighbours. You'll be chatting to 94 year old Peter in a jiffy!
You'll be sharing with me, a kindhearted vibrant music and games loving mum to a cute 9 year old girl. Coolest kid you'll meet. We are very laid back. You are welcome to use all areas of the house. I only ask for a smile and a hello! 😊 There is a lock on the room with two keys. Also have a spare mattress and bed frame if it is needed currently in the garage. Feel free to put whatever you need in the garage. There is space to park multiple cars on both the road and the street.
I am asking £800, all bills and council tax included for a single person. £1000 for couples. Negotiable for right fit. It worked well previously with the last young couple so as long as you're friendly and no drama, couples are welcome to view. X £500 deposit to secure. X is available anywhere from today. Really close to shops and 15 mins walk to Cheshunt station. Lea valley on your doorstep which is JUST divine. X
