There is a shared (only one other person), brand new, stylish bathroom with shower and bath on the 1st floor and a large modern kitchen and WC on the ground floor. All bills are included together with very fast internet. The house is clean, warm, quiet and newly refurbished.

We are a male and female couple and are the live-in landlord owners in our 40's, we have a 30 year old lovely female lodger who is working most of the time at the RVC.

Mainline station is 0.6 miles (0.95km) and 18 minutes train journey to Central London
