We have a lovely sunny room in Enfield lock terrasses house. It's right on the river Lee, a 5min walk from Tesco express and local amenities, 5min to bus lines (121 and 491) 12min walk from Enfield lock station with fast direct connection to Tottenham Hale, Stratford and Liverpool St .

Our house is child free, pet free, alcohol free and meat free. We are expecting you to adhere to this as well, therefore, animal products will not be allowed in the house.
You will have access to:
-Living room and the dinning area
-Large kitchen with washing machine and dryer and diah washer
- Shared Bathroom and WC by your room + 1 Downstairs WC
- Spare office room that you are free to use of working from home
- Double driveway
- Back garden with vegetables we grow by ourselves
- WiFi and all bills are included

The room is light and spacious and the bed can be set up as a king size as shown in the picture, however, it's a single occupancy and overnight guests are not welcomed.

This is ideal for a calm professional whether commuting to central London or working from home.
The house is in a close end street so there's no traffic by the road. We also have a Ring camera which makes the house very secure. We are asking for 800pcm 2 month minimum stay open for extension.
