I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home in Epping. The double bedroom overlooks the fields, and we have a peaceful garden with beautiful sunsets—a lovely place to relax after a busy day.

It’s a quiet spot with plenty nearby: the High Street’s shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away, the gym is around five minutes away, and there’s a large Tesco nearby too. Epping station is approximately a 20-minute walk.

You’d be sharing with two friendly ladies who enjoy cooking and live music. We’d love to find someone respectful and tidy who enjoys a chat while also appreciating everyone’s own space. Ideally, we’re looking for another lady.
