The house has a good sized garden which gets the sun when it's out. It's a two-bedroomed house so would only be sharing the space with one other person. The room is furnished and available now.

£850 pcm - includes all bills. (Would also consider a Monday-Friday arrangement for ~£550 pcm inc. bills).
