This advert is for a three bedroom house and is not available by the room. The house is in Epsom and is available from 5th November 2022). It's a five minute walk to Epsom high street, Sainsburys' supermarket and Epsom train station ( train journey of 20 minutes from central London). The bus stop for Kingston and Morden (Northern line underground) is opposite the property. Bills are not included.

All rooms are unfurnished and have storage space including shelves. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay at least six months, a person who is clean / tidy and gets on well with others. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thanks.
