I am looking for a quiet considerate person open to students or professional not working from home.
The house has 3 levels. The room is furnished with secondary glazing on a quiet square. There is a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and the location is very close to shops, restaurants etc. There are two British rail links to London from Epsom. The rent includes all bills and Wi-Fi. The rent is payable every calendar month in advance.

Cleaner 2x per month.
There are great parking facilities at the house. It is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Epsom - close to Sainsburys in Kiln Lane.
