Looking for an easy-going/laid back/compos mentis person to rent a room I have spare.

Quiet house and area.

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom (have bath yet no shower though have two toilets), garden, living room and driveway.

Resident small rescue super-affectionate dog who loves cats/dogs smaller than her and all humans who visit though may bark randomly at a person and request a second visit in order to make sure they are not that scary.

We welcome individuals who revel in their own space and who enjoy peace and quiet.

Pets welcome after responsible introductions with home doggo.

Couples considered though will need to ask for extra towards utilities TBA

LGBTQ+ welcome. Though myself and my daughter are straight we are totally accepting, embracing and non-judgemental of others who have a different orientation than us.
