Brand new IKEA furniture. Double bed and 3 door wardrobe, (some extra furniture may be provided upon request).

1GB Virgin Media Fibre Optic Broadband/Unlimited Broadband with WiFi pod throughout the house for better and reliable wireless connection.

All bills and council tax are included except TV Licence which is your own responsibility. So if you want to use any TV equipment you need to pay for your own TV licence.

Rent is £700 per month, payable on monthly or fortnightly basis in advance. One month rent in advance. (Can consider weekly if you prefer, however minimum deposit remains the same so the advance).

Couple will be considered and rent will be discussed upon viewing..

Consider it your own home and live freely. Do what you like. All I ask for is to keep it clean and tidy and be considerate for others.

I would prefer Non Smoker but smokers are allowed as long you smoke outside (No Exception whatsoever).
