I have a lovely cozy single room available in my terraced house for a quiet mature lodger, situated in the Greenhill area of Evesham available to rent immediately to the appropriate candidate, sharing of bills, bathroom, kitchen and living room if needed
My house is well maintained, clean and tidy with easy access to public transport, and with Evesham town center being only 20 mins down the road, it is an ideal location there is parking if successful lodger has a car which is situated about a 1 min walk from property.
I have small private garden which lodger would be welcome to use but gate needs to be shut at all times due to my pet rabbit running around the garden occasionally.
references are needed for applicants and £450 deposit is required for successful lodger

I work just outside of Evesham as a housekeeper at a pub/resturant establishment currently, I am very into my cars and animals, and when i get time I occasionally go to motorsport events or end up at football matches.
