I am a professional artist and live with my husband , The house would suit someone who enjoys a quiet environment and is respectful of this beautiful home. Would be ideal for a Female international student studying at the University during the Sept . Oct , Nov, Dec term dates (it's part of my terms of use) as well suited for a student studying in Exeter at the University, I have had many European exchange students stay with me while they study for 4 months at the university and references are available.
