I am the current flatmate and I am looking to move out by the end of May. The room will be available 1st of June or can be last days of May if needed.
This is a 6 bedroom house that has 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The rent will be 470 and bills are not included (although they will be around 50 pounds). Landlord is very kind and understanding and helps out with any issues.
The bed in the photo has been replaced with a full pocket spring mattress which is super comfortable.
There is a desk and chair included and massive amount of storage for all the your clothes and essentials.
