My house is a quiet, Edwardian terraced house which is very well placed for many amenities.

My kitchen is well equipped with washing machine etc and plenty of drying space for laundry.

St Thomas train station is a 10 minute walk away with all the St Thomas shops close by.

Central Station and Exeter St David’s stations are within walking distance. As is Exeter bus station where there are regular bus or coach services to all areas of the country. There is a regular bus service near my house which takes you up to Exeter High St. or an easy 15/20 minute walk there.

The M5 and A30 are within easy access approximately a mile away.

Marsh Barton industrial park is a 10 minute walk away with many retailers.
Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are all within walking distance.

A step outside my front door takes you into a beautiful park, where there is a running track, or just a lovely place to walk or sit and relax.
There is a great little coffee place in the park…The Birdhouse…which serves great coffee and snacks!

There is also Riverside Leisure Centre again within easy walking which has a gym and swimming pool.

There is parking on the road.

I have a little 12 year old dog …she’s very quiet and friendly!
