Hi, I’m a PhD student and looking for a lodger, the bedroom is available with spacious area and a double sized bed. It’s in a great location (5 mins from city centre), and very close to the University! The flat is in quiet area and it is perfect for students and professionals!

I will stay in the living room attached to the kitchen. The bills are shared (you will
pay only 50%) and the flat is usually empty as I am usually at work or in the University.
