Hi,

We have a light and spacious double room available in our family home in Pinhoe, Exeter.

The room is located on the second floor and benefits from large bay windows, as well as your own private shower room and toilet, offering plenty of light and privacy.

The house is very well connected, with Pinhoe train station and a reliable bus stop less than a minute’s walk away, making it ideal for commuting.

The room is currently unfurnished, making it ideal for someone with their own furniture. However, I’m also happy to furnish the room fully if preferred, depending on what suits you best.

I live here with my two young boys, aged 6 and 10. As the sole adult in the household, and to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the children, I am therefore seeking a female lodger only.

We would also consider a mum with one child for an additional £50 per month to cover increased household bills..

All bills are included.
