Come and share this 4-bedroom eco farmhouse with me and one other. I am looking for reliable people to share the house and the land with.

The farmhouse is over 400 years old with a newish extension, set in 5 acres of land, in a peaceful location far from any traffic. This includes a sunny breakfast garden, wildlife back garden, an orchard, a 3 acre field with a few sheep and an ancient woodland.

We are just 4 miles from Crackington Heaven beach and 8 miles from Bude, with many more beaches, shopping and life in general.

The downstairs of the house comprises a very large kitchen/dinner, lounge/TV room with a massive fireplace, a couple of offices/working rooms, a utility room and a conservatory with an old vine.

We have lots of storage space both in the house and within two originally agricultural barns. The house is fully furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture if you prefer.

Upstairs we have 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

Room 1 (Blue) is a large double with built in wardrobes and wonderful views over fields and glimpses of Dartmoor.

Room 2 (White) is a small room with double bed, which can be replaced by a single. if desired.

Room 3 (Green) is another large double bedroom with a Juliet balcony to the garden.

The plan is to have 2 of the three rooms occupied in whatever combination suits (singles, couples, kids, pets, robots, whatever) and the third will be left empty to be used for guests

For couples please add £100 to the price indicated.

Occasional visitors can be accommodated in the remaining bedroom.

I am a live-in landlord, mostly working from my office downstairs and slumping in front of the TV in the evening.

I would like to share with people with whom I can get along easily, who are tidy, cook for themselves and clean after themselves and occasionally hang out if desired.
Happy to debate, play board games, watch TV/ movies, listen to music and or go out to concerts, plays, gigs, beaches, walks, bike rides, whatever.

There is plenty of scope for all kinds of activities outside, growing vegetables (or whatever else) outside or in our polytunnel, flowers, walks in the grounds, games, animals, chickens, geese, etc. There is even a ping pong table, covered bbq and children's playground area! We even have couple of stables available for animals or as workshops.

I am happy to discuss any proposed arrangement.

We will have one or two caravans in a separate grassy area with electricity hook up and continuous water supply. Or you could bring your own caravan. You will have access to the common areas of the house.

I hope to end up with a small community based in and around this 400 years old farmhouse and the 5 acres of land surrounding it.
