Single room available Monday to Friday (or Sun to Thursday) in friendly family home in the St Davids area. Just myself and my 19 year old son living at the house. Partner stays at times due to working away. I am a working professional and we are used to having others stay in our lovely home.
Our house is within walking distance of all the amenities and attractions of central Exeter. Only 5 to 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. We are close to both the quayside area and Exeter University. Our house is a 4 bed house with a peaceful relaxing garden.
The single room is a lovely quiet and private room at the top of the house with views over the city.
Next to it is a separate shower/toilet room. The room would suit a postgraduate student, lecturer or working professional as close to the centre of Exeter.
Short walk to town, central or st David’s station and easy to get to University. Very convenient location!
I work from home at times so due to confidentiality it would suit a lodger who works outside of the home.
Kitchen is available for use and all shared areas.
This is on a Monday to Friday basis. Room available from the 1st April 2026.
Non smoking and no overnight guests.
Need to be a cat lover as I have a 7 month old kitten.
