Shared bathroom/kitchen.
Living room for my own use.

The village is a very peaceful location, just outside of the city centre with good transport links if you do not have a car.

Parking is on street.

There are 3 pubs and a community shop all within 200 yards of the property. Lovely routes for walking/running. The current household is very chilled out and calm. I work office hours and am home most evenings, with the odd late night with my job.

The setup would ideally suit a contractor or similar who goes home at weekends but wants a base for work.

Potential tenant must be:
Good with dogs (I have one very well behaved old boy!)
Very clean and tidy
Working professional

Mon - Fri at £120/week
7 days at £150/week

Monday - Friday ideally but will consider full time for the right tenant.
