Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. Traditionally (but no longer) a dairy farm it has now taken a different direction with nearly 1/3 of the farm in the process of rewilding - that equates to 90 acres of farmland surrounding the farmhouse being left for nature to take a hold.

The cottage is semi-detached and spacious - consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge / diner, utility room (also with direct access to the yard) and conservatory downstairs, whilst upstairs has 2 good sized bedrooms (each with a sink), a large landing and a bathroom (shower over bath).

The bedroom available is a good size with its own sink and views over the garden. As per the picture it currently has two single beds in it but I have a king size bed I can replace this with if preferred.

The property has a large shared courtyard with ample, off-road parking and it's own private, south facing garden overlooking the fields.

This room is for a long term let from mid May 2026 onwards, sharing with one other woman. Myself, my husband and our two year old boy live next door.

Situated between Broadclyst and Exeter it's very close to M5, Exeter Airport, Sowton and the Met Office, with Exeter city centre only 6 miles away.
