Two rooms available in a quiet, cosy cottage in Bradworthy, North Devon. One is a double bedroom with built in cupboards, that is big enough to be used as a sitting room too. The other is a single bedroom (8'x8') big enough for a single bed, bedroom storage and a desk. Both are light and warm. The house is bright and warm. Both rooms are currently unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture, or I will get what you need. The photos show the rooms furnished, so you get an idea of how big they are.

Rent for the double is £475 pcm. Rent for the single is £275 pcm. Rent includes electricity and broadband. No phone included.
Amenities include wood burning stove, washing machine, microwave, oven, heating and garden with room for growing veg.
Well located for Bude and Bideford. Parking is in private garage yard. Bradworthy Village is 5 minutes walk away with great pub, shop, post office and butchers. Lots of countryside walks nearby.
Sharing with house mates. Would suit someone who is musical/creative with Green values - we try to reduce our rubbish and carbon footprint. We are creative, friendly, considerate, tidy, clean and welcoming. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Unfortunately the house is not suitable for animals. PLEASE NOTE - Bradworthy is at least 1 1/2 hours drive away from Exeter and Plymouth, so not good for students.
