I have a double room in a Quiet House in a Quiet Village. Shared Bathroom and kitchen. I am preferably looking for a Mon to Friday professional. The house is on the market, so could go in 3 months if there is a buyer! Potential lodger to be aware.
I like to keep the house clean and tidy, with little noise especially on work nights.
I am in my sixties, and enjoy a social life out and about. Listening to music mostly. I enjoy Walks and pubs, plus going out for gigs, etc.
All bills are included, including Council Tax and Wifi.
The House is five minutes walk to the Tarka Trail and bus stops going each way to Barnstaple and Bideford.
