We are putting our spare room up for rent. There's myself, my wife and our 23 year old son. All three of us work during the day time with two of us leaving quite early in the morning.

We also have a dog, he's a springer spaniel, at times he's hard work for us but it won't be any issue for anyone living here. However we would prefer someone who likes dogs, or doesn't mind them.

We are based in cranbrook which has fantastic transport links in the form of bus and train. The house is a new build so benefits from the latest insulation.

The room is a double, with large wardrobe. The main bathroom will be shared between yourself and our son, it has a bath and shower.

We are situated close to the M5 which is ideal for anyone driving to work.

We are very easy going people so will get on with pretty much anybody! We can likely come to an agreement on most things. The area in general is pretty quiet most of the time and the neighbours are all friendly.

The house is no smoking but there's no problem smoking in the garden or out the front, I am a smoker myself and it's outside only away from open windows etc. We don't have any room for parking so any renter will have to park on the main road. The WiFi is superb here for what we pay for. If you have any questions fire away.
