A quiet double room in our home. We both travel a lot so although it looks like there will be 3 of us sharing, you will likely be sharing with one of us at a time and occasionally have the whole house to yourself. When we re away we appreciate a bit of plant care as there are lots of house plants living with us.
There is a beautiful, large, bright kitchen with an AGA, a shared bathroom, and a study room by arrangement.
The whole house is super bright with large windows that allow the light to stream in from all directions.
The room would suit a female professional or full time student who is independent and enjoys their own company. We are looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy.
If you are interested in renting for less than a month the rent would be £250 per week.

A 5min walk from the train station and the train to Exeter takes 38min.
A 5min walk to the Granite Way which leads you to Dartmoor, the stunning walks around the old Meldon disused quarry, reservoir and ancient oak woods.
A 5min walk to the centre of town, with lots of independent shops plus 3 big super markets, cafes and restaurants.
A 5min walk to Simmons park and leisure centre.
Two gorgeous rivers and beautiful woodlands on our doorstep.
