Double room to rent in Newton St Cyres. Lovely views over the village and beyond from the room and garden. Shared use of small kitchen and communal area, as well as bathroom with a bath and shower, and a downstairs WC.
Great location close to Exeter - around 10/15 minutes by car or bus but wonderfully nature connected with walks in most directions that the dogs here love.
There are two dogs here - pets are absolutely considered but they would have to fit in with Sid and Herbie. Both super lovely and work with children but Sid is now a senior dog and is scared of other intact boys.
We are not on the main road but may be too close for a cat to be safe?
House is slowly being decorated and is currently a touch rough around the edges - the room to rent will be freshly decorated (may be able to rent out earlier if you don't need it decorated).
I am taking on a master's degree and will have limited time for the garden. I love growing veg and would love it if you were up for collaborating.
Must be LGBTQ+ ally as one house mate is non-binary. Also must be environmentally aware and doing your best.
Smoker considered but would need to smoke outside.
Couple possibly considered but would need to adjust rent accordingly. Both people would need to provide references.
The room is 13 ft 11 by 11ft 7
