The setting is beautifully peaceful, yet only 3 miles from the town of South Molton 25 minutes drive into Barnstaple or Tiverton the other way, about 50 min drive to Exeter. The village also has a local shop. Utility Room with Washer and tumble dryer. Welcome to use the kitchen and lounge as you wish.
The room is positioned at the end of a corridor, offering excellent privacy. Before reaching my bedroom and my son’s room, there is an unused bathroom and a spare room currently used as my office (often empty), making this area feel very separate. The room benefits from its own en-suite shower.
