The property benefits from a shared living room for use by tenants (with sky tv), a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and pantry, one bathroom and one shower room plus a separate WC, a separate utility room with washer/dryer and your own fridge and a garden with bbq, wood burner and seating areas.

We are located in St Thomas near to Pinces gardens and Cowick Barton Park as well as local supermarkets and good bus and easy walking routes to central Exeter. The city centre is a 20 minute walk away and the Quay is nearby. On street parking is available and bike storage in the garden.

We are a family of three - Emma, Steve and our youngest daughter who is 20 and studying at university - she is only with us during holidays. We also have another female tenant living with us. We are polite, friendly and easy going. The house has plenty of room. We are a professional couple (a lawyer and support worker).

We do have pets so you must be pet friendly and must be confident around excitable dogs. Our pets are all friendly and keen on cuddles. We also have three chickens in the garden!
