Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. Traditionally a dairy farm, it is now mainly managed for nature.

Situated between Broadclyst and Exeter it's very close to M5, Exeter Airport, Sowton and the Met Office, with Exeter city centre only 6 miles away.
