We are a professional working couple, with a friendly, sociable outlook. We work hard, but also enjoy our time out. We are outdoor people, and like walking and hiking mountains, and good meals, music, reading, and socialising and fun with friends. We are friendly, and enjoy spending time with like minded people, and make the most of our free time. We have a well behaved dog who often comes to work with us.
I am also a Marine Mammal Medic.
We are looking for a like minded person, friendly, but happy to be independent. May be suitable for someone who works from home, as we can offer the peace and privacy required, and would also suit a retired person. Couples considered. We are looking to let long term.
The house is situated in a cul-de-sac on the edge of town, with safe parking on the road. The whole house has been recently renovated. Ottery St. Mary is a small, friendly community with all facilities; shops, doctors, dentist, hospital, pubs, restaurants, community events and social activities. Exeter is a 20 minute drive, and there is a bus service. The mainline train service is nearby.
Prospective lodgers must have the Right to Live and Work in the UK.
Note that the office/sitting room will be refurbished, and new photos put up.
